All products sold on this website are digital files (PDF format).
No physical products are shipped. Once payment is complete, you’ll receive download links by email.
Each product includes printable materials designed for personal or educational use only (see section 8).
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT (20%).
Payment is processed securely via third-party providers such as PayPal, Stripe, or Klarna (where available).
Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
4. Delivery Information
Digital products are delivered automatically by email after purchase. You’ll receive one or more emails titled “Digital Delivery” with your download links.
If you can’t find your files:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Look in other inbox tabs such as “Promotions” or “Updates.”
- Verify that you entered the correct email address at checkout.
If you still can’t find your files, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
Delivery is considered complete once the email containing the download link has been sent.
5. Refund Policy / Returns
As all products are digital downloads, your files become accessible immediately after payment.
By completing your purchase, you consent to instant delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Refunds are therefore not available once files have been delivered.
If a file is corrupted, missing, or cannot be opened, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days, and we’ll provide a replacement at no extra cost.

You’ll need:
- A device capable of opening PDF files, and
- Access to a printer to print your crafts.
Please note that colours may vary depending on your printer and settings.

9. Limitation of Liability
Verfdesign cannot be held responsible for:
- Issues caused by incorrect printer settings or incompatible software,
- Temporary email delivery problems, or
- Loss of downloaded files due to device failure.
Our total liability shall never exceed the price paid for the product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of the United Kingdom.
